"Smokey Mountain Auctions, LLC. is an auction company that sells real estate and personal property. We also help clients sell estate assets. We perform live auctions that allow bidders to place bids in person at the auction site, and online auctions. We also do simulcast auctions that allow bidders to place bids online or in person at the auction site. To get the most for our client’s real estate, we contact real estate agents across the nation and offer them 50% of our commission if they register the winning bidder in an auction selling real estate and the bidder successfully closes on the property."
