"The Rutile Ltd is a fine jewelry appraiser, private custom jeweler, and fine jewelry eCommerce store based in Freeport, Florida. While we do not have a brick and mortar location, that allows us to pass savings to our customer. The owner Rebecca McIntosh is a Graduate Gemologist with over 25 years experience in the jewelry industry. About 80% of our business comes from custom jewelry, most transactions are conducted over the phone and video chat, then shipped to clients all over the world. We mine a lot of the gems and minerals we carry in stock and have a worldwide network to find or create exactly what you are looking for."
