"Camp opens in June! Camp Oljato is the premier Scouts BSA summer camp in California’s High Sierra, run by Pacific Skyline Council. From mid-June to early August, Scouts arrive by barge across beautiful Huntington Lake to experience unforgettable adventures. "Oljato" means "Starlight on the Waters," and nearly all campers enjoy waterfront activities like sailing, paddleboarding, and swimming. With programs for all skill levels—including merit badges, Scoutcraft, climbing, and shooting sports—Oljato offers growth, challenge, and fun in a breathtaking alpine setting."
