"WE ARE A HOME BASED FFL. ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS APPLY TO PURCHASE. MUST HAVE AZ PHOTO ID WITH CURRENT ADDRESS(or supporting documentation containing current address) AND MUST PASS NICS BACKGROUND CHECK UNLESS YOU POSSESS A CCW. ALL FIREARM PURCHASES MUST BE MADE AT MY ADDRESS ONLY. You must be 21 for handgun/pistol purchases, and 18 for long gun purchases. Felonies or Domestic charges on background check will be an automatic disqualification for purchase! AZ residents must add 8.5% sales tax to the price. Cash, Zelle or Venmo preferred!"
